Garlic, Italian Late

Softneck variety that is medium in size with a short and round bulb. The skin is very tight, which is a little hard to work, but the tight, coarse tunics keep cloves fresh in storage for up to 8 months. Nice and mild flavor with medium heat. Harvest fall planted garlic the following season, late spring or early summer, about 240 days from planting. Harvest spring planted garlic the same season, about 90 days from planting. Averages 25 cloves per bulb.
